We help sense-check new requests, coordinate with project managers and delivery teams, and ensure that work aligns with both client goals and best practices.
Account Managers also look for opportunities to add value by recommending relevant services such as strategy, design, development, etc. This helps support clients goals and best interests, grows long-term partnerships, and brings in work to the company.
